Specifically, I believe as coaches and mentors we need to teach the players the need for them to work and to earn for themselves, and to provide resources for the benefit of others.  That is our calling as Christian men.  It is not just a duty, though it is a duty, but it is a high honor.  It is a gift when a man can find satisfaction from giving of himself, enduring pain, persevering to accomplish something with his own hands…and this is the will of God...
